• 5 Day Grace Period or AGP - Most registrars allow a 5 day grace period on domains. The intent of this grace period was to allow refunds on domains with occasional typo and or spelling error(s) missed before registration. However, there are individuals and companies who make there living by buying domains in large quantities and then set them up to do business ventures that are less then truthful. They will set up website using the domain names for a few days and then ask for a refund. Needless to say, their abuse directly cost us all in higher domain prices. As is stated in our "Legal Notices: Agreements And Policies" we DO NOT allow for refunds on domains including the 5 day grace period.
• Blacklisted Domain - Some domains have been used or are being used for Spam, Phishing and other fraudulent activities. WWW.YourDomainsHere.com was actually used these ways before we obtained it. A lot of times the individuals in control of these sites move them from different places in hope of keeping one step ahead of being caught. We try to check domain names being processed through us for these types of activities. Emphasis on "We Try"
• Domains That Suggest Illegal Activity - The World Wide Web is a big place and who are we to police it you might say. We would have to agree with you and say it is not our job to police the whole WWW. However, this is our website and our service(s) and we can and will tell you to take your business someplace else, if we think you are using your domain inappropriately.

Now we could continue listing what appears to be the negative aspects of the internet, but why. We are sure all you have to do is look in your e-mail and see the messages about your bank account needing to be updated or some person in desperate need to put millions of dollars into you bank account before their government gets overthrown.
